To my understanding Netorare is the act of cheating trough corruption. The whole premise is that the woman does not want to cheat but is made to submit trough pleasure and be corrupted into a sex loving whore from a pure lovely wife/gf etc. Netorase is when the husband knows and is involved in it (cuckolding) Netori is when you are the protagonist who are stealing the other. I might be wrong ofc.

Funny thing is if you type in netorare in Google translate, you get cuckold. And as for Netorase, it translates to "let me cuckold you."
