"Violators" refers to unique sprites of girls, at the start you only can see like 6 and to increase the amount you need to raise the tension. Basically, dont worry about the quest until much later. Source: In the bonk violators minigame there's a "N/17" sign just below the date (e.g. 10/17). It refers to how many violators you have unlocked to be bonked. If you hover over it, it says: "Unlocked Violators. Up the vault tension to unlock more".
I've gotten to bonking most of them when tension raised but it did... nothing? Or at least the quest still didn't complete, for me.

how do you increase your health? There is no gear or slots for it and it's getting to the point where I fight a 300HP+ mob x2 or x3 per fight LOL, meanwhile I'm only on 232 hp
Some bobbleheads allow you to increase your health, but to be honest, you don't really need all that much health. If you set your deck correctly, you can easily gain infinite dodge. Just gotta stack the odds in your favor.
The main thing with health is collecting bobble heads, but I wouldn't rely on that as it's completely random. You may want to focus on health cards though, or just plan which route to make sure that you can heal when need be.

Did anyone here always stuck on the loading screen to the point it freeze your whole phone? I'm trying this game few minutes ago and it keep freezing everytime I want to play it. It always stuck on the loading screen at the beginning. Make me have to restart my device to solve it. I even wait for a couple of minutes but nothing change. Did anyone encounter the same problem or it's just me? Because I'm pretty sure my phone is high enough to play this game with 8GB ram and a Helio G81 Ultra.
Basically de next time you go to outside you will find her hooking up with a couple of wastelanders
