I compiled all that you guys said. for codes and the cheat. I used the search feature. it is verry herpfull ernt it. (yeah I'm making fun of the idiots not using it and asking over and over etc. there is a search thread use it, it helps you and saves us from using up space.)

Game Start Cheat code is only one that is "kappa" without the quotes.

The Console Command in game are

Money is : "inventory.gold=xxxxx"
Intelligence is: "intel=100" (max is 100 on these stats)
Agility is: "lovkost=100"
Charm is: "charizm=100"
Strength is: "power=100"
Karma is: "karma=10" or "karma=-10" (or what ever number you want)

Don't ask me what they are for I'm just going through my first time right now.

Fallout is another interesting creature... originally Wasteland(1988) Interplay / EA, sold to Bethesda and then licensed back to Interplay, but cancelled. The term "Fallout" is certainly public domain. Fallout shelters have been around since the 40s.
