When I downloaded this game I thought I would find a lot of incest content.
I was disappointed, the game is full of transsexual content.
this explains why Dev has only 50 patreon supporters
content little appreciated by most people.

I think you are right. All the "girls" look like boys and MC looks like a girl. YACK! This game is definitely not meant to be played by heterosexuals. And you still see trans dick in that alley rape scene even if you disable trans content. So move on.

Wov I just got it to work, when I Started game with Shift+Win key I disabled gamepad support

Try running in compatibility mode with other Win(and run as an administrator)
