Are you talking about birth content? Yeah I don't see that here either. That kink is so niche it takes handholding to shame.
Not that I dislike it but I understand if devs shy away from it.
If you are just asking about a timeskip of some sorts I don't see where the problem is for a still image epilogue showing them.
As harem.king mentioned I saw games on steam who had that as well.
From out of my mind take "Love & Sex Second Base" for example. if you wish to pursue pregnant content and managed to reach an ending you see a small timeskip with your child and wife. The game is on steam btw.

is pregnancy actually IN the game? Its a tag and i played through the game a month or so ago and nary a smidge of belly laden with child was to be spotted. Am I just stupid or something? (That was rhetorical, I know I am, but maybe I'm just missing something here???)

If you go to the first page of this thread, you will see the latest release number and the date it was released.
You can just check back there on occasion to see if there is an update. Or you can select the Watch button which is at the top of every page of this thread. That will notify you of every post that occurs on this thread. However, most posts will NOT be about a new release, but will be posts like yours.
Optionally, there is a program called F95Checker that can monitor any game that is formatted right.
Not a huge deal but would appreciate it if you could add an Android download when you have time for it
S.H.E.L.T.E.R. exists on Steam and has the protag have children with each of the romanceable partners. I'm not one for begging developers to implement my personal desires/fetishes, but I don't believe Steam bans having offspring. Again, I think developers should just do what their comfortable with and enjoy making, I've enjoyed your previous work so I'm assuming I'd enjoy this as well, offspring or not.
