Are you sure it's not just your malware scanner acting up and complaining about a false positive heuristic detection (e.g. "Wacatac H!ML")? Did you upload the files to VirusTotal to see if other scanners agree with the assessment?

Also, to flag a mod, just click on "Report" in the lower left of a post. But the game is usually uploaded to the various hosters by one of this forums' uploaders, and they're supposed to make sure they don't upload any obvious malware.
