You guys only see "mom" died and think it's step-cast, but if you play to the end, you find out you are related by blood so it's not fake...

It ends with a cliffhanger saying that they are related by blood. So, technically no, not an ending, but an ending They could release a DLC or a second part in the future.

I received a virus warning as soon as the download started. I download a lot of ren'py games and this rarely happens, so I prefer to avoid this game and pretend it never existed rather than take the risk.

For everyone saying it is infected, VirusTotal detects nothing out of the ordinary, just one random hit.

Surprising amount of content in this since it's basically a complete game. One of the not-sisters (Hanna) is a psychopath, though, so...yeah. And the ending is probably going to ruin any kind of relationship story-wise, if you're into that.
