Yea I see those, I used to run and program servers for ARMA and DayZ once upon a time, I'm very well versed in this kinda stuff which is why I am so confused. What I am noticing however if after I put your files in I'll run the game. The mod is not working. Then I go back and look at the files and what I am noticing is some files, like the pre-splash screen have not been modified and the file size is the same. Other files, like the doors files for instance have been modified and the files sizes have reverted back to their original size from before I replaced them. It's almost like the game is running a check and recognizing those files have been modified and are resetting them back to their default configuration. Gonna do some more testing.

I was admittedly hasty so I very possibly overlooked something.. I'm redownloading game now. (My gaming drive has crapped out on me so I've gotta redownload everything.)

So here is what I noticed, there had to be a game check for why your files were getting overwritten. I noticed when I removed a .rpyc file and ran the game a new one was created. So, I deleted doors_day1.rpy, day2, day3, screens.rpy and script.rpy. Then I replaced those same rpyc files that the game re-wrote with your files. I ran the game and poof, works like a charm. So the .rpy files are the check, remove them, then replace the rpyc files with yours and you're good to go.

... oh so you uncompiled the .rpa? Well then yeah. At launch renpy compiles the rpyc off the rpy files, then uses the rpyc files.
Reason I packed just the rpyc files is that makes removing the mod easier.
I tried storying in an rpa but the rpa always loads first being overwritten by their files. I dont know enough about renpy yet on how to circumvent that. Learning though.
Probably should have mentioned that bit, I did in fact uncompile the .rpa I find it easier with these kinds of games when I feel I am stuck some where not getting a certain outcome to investigate the animations and webms to try and figure it out. But it just happens you made a mod to make things easier so thanks for that!
Nothing gamebreaking, but if you change the girls names, Guinevere's name will stay. Not on dialogue, but on character display. I guess something has to do with the nickname and such, since the same doesn't happen with the others.

Slightly confused about something. Does the walkthrough mod come with the ipatch or does it rewrite some lines to make the ipatch make more sense? I guess what I'm asking is, do I download both or just the walkthrough mod??

My walkthrough mod's built-in iPatch contains minor rewrites to story. If it was a lazier patch some dialogue wouldn't make sense. Particularly start and then the end game "shock ending". It also corrected some of the ML translation. Like naming "Love" Laura because the russian name used, while sounding like "Love" it isn't Love but a proper name. I hesitated between Lavender and Laura but idk she seems like Laura to me so

Walkthrough mod is all you need (assuming you want ipatch)
Also note: you can turn off walkthrough in prefrences or by pressing

I'm a bit confused, does the game end when the dad arrives? Then why the photo was sent to Tony? And Quinn didn't have any content? Finally, the MC doesn't even go to school?
Am I missing something, or that is really the ending? Man my boner went off quickly because of that.

If you've read through this thread at all or any of the reviews.. you'll see #1 complaint is with the ending
It certainly seems like they had bigger plans for the story and then suddenly project was killed so they rush ended. They did make a post about doing a DLC but I think continuing their main game Summer Crush won out.
