Kind of sucks that it got delayed, but hardware and software issues are bound to happen. There is not really much we can do about it.

That does sound like a PC problem related to the BIOS. Depending on how old the PC is, the internal BIOS battery may be dead and need to be replaced. What's the PC clock saying? Is it running properly? If it's often slow or even stops completely, the battery is dead.
If that's the case, it's theoretically easy. Or it could be tricky, depending on how the PC is installed. Sometimes you have to remove and then reinstall a component to access the battery. And that can lead to the PC not starting anymore. Therefore, it should be done by someone who really knows what they're doing.
There could be many other reasons. In any case, it's time to give your PC a thorough check.

We know there won't be lily and mateo content, but I think it's worse if we see the lily character walking around like an idiot in the process. And also, please tell us where these twin girls come from. We have no idea what happened in the past. The girls come and the work begins. There's no narrative. For 7 episodes, I thought it was ridiculous that this was not addressed in any way. Even the sales girl in the clothing store has a story, while the twins, who have so many scenes, have no scenes (about the past) is idiotic. The older girl in the game has no contribution to the story so far. She walks around and sometimes shows her genitalia, but I wouldn't have said why she doesn't exist until now. There is a currency in the game, but it doesn't contribute to the story at all. So it's impossible to run out of money. Earning more money doesn't contribute to the story either.

Well, if you're interested to know more about the twin girls, you better be prepared to wait for a long time. I doubt that they will appear during the trip.

The twins are fluffers. They are non-characters that have no relevance to the story beyond giving quick meaningless porn scene in the first few releases.
I figured that there was no real need for a backstory on the twins since they live in the same apartment building. When you live in an apartment you see other tenants. In this case the twins and him probably had several friendly interactions and the first scene we see with them is when they decided to try more, or that the MC's will power finally breaks or overcomes to take advantage. When you have a shared laundry in the building sometimes weird interactions happen.

To be fair, I've been having issue with my PC too. Nvidia Drivers sucks and I had to roll back to a stable version from April. Sometime to no fault of your own your PC get fucked.

And I can bet blue cheese that there are still people blindly paying money every month for waiting over and over for an excuse that says my computer is to blame. God Patron can be so fucked up. I Download a game, If I like it, I may join on the lower tier. If the updates come out very regularly, I might up my tier, Might. One dev started pushing man the next update was going to be a doozy but it never came. Patron is full of traps and holes you can fall into and waste or is it blow a lot of money. Obviously this dev works an outside job yes ? otherwise the bloody story would have been finished by now.

Mindless complaints on a pirating site about lack of updates instead of just going elsewhere, then the first comment when it's updated preemptively says its gonna be shit before they even play it. It's like this in every single thread on this site, everyone here is so incredibly bitter. Eat a fresh fruit, spend time with loved ones, don't play games that make you angry. You're gonna die of heart attacks with the page for a loli porn game open.

I agree, I used to be like that in the past. Today I don't care about any game, I don't spend my money on that kind of thing anymore. So if an update comes out, great, if it doesn't, great too, if it's abandoned, great too. In fact, I never play those kinds of games anymore, I just download them, take a look at the images and animations, and then delete them.
But I understand people's frustration, this game has been on the market for years, and practically nothing relevant has happened yet.
It was for these and other reasons that I lost interest in following, playing and spending money on this kind of thing.
