You mean the truth, or dare scene. That scene was replaced by Twister. That being said that's as far as the original goes before the remake.

Also the dev said that he will add the truth or dare later in the story, he just wanted to finish the remake as soon as possible and the truth or dare requires a lot of renders. He also said that the truth or dare game just escalated things with the girls too fast.
Yes, if you didn't sleep with the woman from the farm, you'll be missing a point in the lust category.

The update was for the love/harem route, so not the one with the dancer NTR route.
