All -
I completely respect the fact that different people have different reactions to this story, its content and its pacing. As always, I ask the contributors to this thread to extend similar respect to those whose opinions differ from your own. This is not an accusation or a criticism - just a reminder that people's reactions to anything are, well, "individual," and that I would prefer that "agree to disagree" be the general tone hereabouts.
Also, as I have stated before, I recognize that this story is not for everyone, for any of a number of reasons. To those who find it not your cuppa, I say from my heart, "Thank you for being so kind as to take the time to sample it and comment, and best of luck in finding something more to your taste." I have lost count of the number of projects that I have sampled and decided not to continue with - I can hardly blame anyone else for doing the same.
To those who find it unrealistic, I can only remind you that this is, after all, fiction. While I try to make the depicted events at least vaguely plausible (i.e. no laws of physics are violated) the events are, after all, only figments of my rather twisted imagination, carrying on in the footsteps of my former partner JohnCBB.
To those who do like it (and, in particular, to those who have stayed with it over the long haul) I am honored by your continued presence, and hope to live up to your expectations in the future.
OK, 'nuff said. Back to Daz Studio and the N'th render in Chapter 10. Stay well, stay healthy.
