Avatar - Rick and Morty - Loud House and the rest of these, do they not stand a risk of their owners striking or threatening action for the use (and perhaps abuse) of the IP?
Though it's not like I've heard of other pornographic material being actioned against in the past. So I've always wondered, can someone put my wonders to bed?

A lot of it falls under parody protection laws, but for small-time internet creators, it's mostly just the fact that they don't know about it or don't care enough to take action. If they do decide to though, there's not much a creator can do, since even if the cease-and-desist claim is unfounded, they lack the resources to fight these companies. Also, there was an older ATLA game that disappeared because the creator used actual scenes from the show, which violated copyright. There was a flash game about Princess Peach that came under Nintendo's scrutiny too, but I think the creator is still making it discreetly.

So obviously I educated myself on the matter before even starting on the game and it is okay as long as you don't monetize the game and I won't be. All my games will be free to play and it's considered a parody multiple lawsuits over the matter have already occurred. I can only accept donations.

The best choice of Protagonist by far is Chris, he's young and so many opportunities for incest sex with mom, sis and grandmas.

Okay, so similar to what would happen if a game modder sees a VGC come after their mod with a cease and desist or instant removal? (cough cough Take2)

Edit: i hope this game be better than the simpsons one that game was bad first they add a character to be you but the thing is that is bad because marge never cheat on homer so you can create a game where lisa and bart are Kd but never be part of the sex scenes only part of the story of the game and make marge the mc and you corrupt marge.
