In the town area, talk to the npc wearing a green dress at the bottom right. She'll ask you to find her cat and then you'll get this scene.

I guess what he meant was like a ingame mechanic. For example have the option to have repeated pregnancys, visibly showing standing CGs and scenes or having a orhpanage to keep track of how any kids are born.
Basically what you could do during the playthrough and not just as a ending with one scene.
Nonetheless this is a herculean task to do and the theme of the game need to revolve around it to work imo.
I would be content already with a pregnancy epilogue with 1-2 extra scenes or something.

Honestly, in my opinion, this proposal would not fit this style of game, since the game is linear with only 2 routes at the moment, I think a route showing an end with the pregnant character would be possible.

Definitely.
As I said, for it to work the theme of the game needs to revolve alround pregnancy. Much like a "Peasants Quest".
I love actual pregnant content and the games that add mechanics to it are rare but I understand that its not for everyone and a niche fetish.
I like the fetish in NTR/Corruption games because it fits the theme. The ultimate corruption basically.
Anyway I lowkey love the art and I will look forward to the completed game.
Hello. I have a few perverted questions/suggestions regarding possible future content.
1) Are you planning to add futanari to the game? For example: A spell/Potion that gives girls the opportunity to have a penis (the girls from the hero’s group fuck the mc’s mother, or she fucks them).
2) Are there any plans to add futanari enemies? For example: futanari orcs capture everyone in the mc group and fuck them in their camp. The demon queen in ntr route rapes all the girls from the mc group and makes them pregnant (optional).
3) At the beginning of the game we see horses. Are there any plans to make content with them or other animals? For example: add a farm with different animals, where girls from the mc group will “take care” of them. Also are there plans to add more animal enemies?

Hello, Futanari is not in my plans for this game, I had thought about an event with them, but it doesn't fit with the game.
Yes, I plan to do an event with horses.
The game is very well made, however, it has some things that could be improved:
1. At a certain point, everything goes too fast and forced (I mean when you take the NTR route), which is very different from the non-NTR route where everything seems to be going to be calmer and less forced. Of course, it lacks development, so as a critic I hope that you advance a lot in the non-NTR route and in the NTR route advance but a little less, just enough to leave us wanting more (as a player I recommend that you take your time, remember that everything done in a hurry does not prosper, friend).
2. If you need help with the art, the story, the items, or the development of the characters, I would like you to write to me. I have experience in making stories and giving development to characters, and of course I can provide ideas that go according to what you tell me. And when it comes to the drawings, I can help you correct them, and I also have acquaintances who are draftsmen so they can help me for free.
3. I hope you put flashbacks of the MC's time with Miyu and Kaori. It would be appreciated, but don't do it if you don't want to, or you can do it if you have free time.
4. For some reason, the Demon Queen seems to me to have a better design than the other characters, or it gives that feeling. If so, improve the art of the others. I'm not saying it for me, I don't even care as long as you do the game well and take your time, but there are many people who will notice it. It's like you put more effort into her drawing, which by the way I love 10/10.

Yes, the Father will reappear on the Ntr 1º route and on the Vanilla route at the end.
