Can I ask you guys how is this game compared to Son of a bith or A spell for all? I've seen some hard critiques regarding excessive grinding and buggy behaviour.
I wanna try some new sandbox game tho.

The problem is the griding yes. And that you need a walkthrough to now WHEN AND WHERE you can activate the events (Like Son of a Bitch).
I always get pissed after playing, but always download again to play. The map is a lot smaller compared to SOB, you´ll spend more time inside the house.
Give a try with the mod.
