Finally gave this a go, and gotta say it does seem promising. Just can't get over the inconsistency in the translation, spoils the the game to a point where I just can't be bothered with the story. It's like the story's been put through google translate in some conversations, and in others seems like it's been translated by someone remotely competent in English. Better translation though, and this would no doubt be a good one.

I really want to enjoy this game because the renders are good and the non-porn side of the plot is fun, but every single sex scene seems to be the hero getting a hand-job while the girl describes a much better sex scene he's not having.

I had problems with rollback as well. It would sometimes work and sometimes it stopped working. Deleting all the old saves didn't work, restarting didn't work, using the unren-script didn't work.
The only thing that helped was making saves on different points in the game, closing it and loading the save again and hope for the best.

Renders are great, but story, as a whole, feels sort of..disjointed? Rushes from one scene to the next, with no real build up or relationship development, tell-don't show.
Kind of reminds me of "Second Chance" ( though it's nowhere near as bad/hilarious, as it is there).

Looking at the code, it appears that during the first episode, the author was trying to do that thing where rollback is blocked after major decisions, but instead of calling renpy.block_rollback() (which stops you rolling back past that point) they were calling config.rollback_enabled = False (which turns rollback off entirely).
At the start of the second episode, rollback_enabled is turned on again and the author doesn't touch it again for the rest of the script.
