I'm not seeing the post you are refering too in your response. When I click the link in the OP, like Alanray64, it takes me to a post on pg.13 (I currently show 34 pages in relation to this game) by someone asking about the difference between a game being put ON-HOLD vs. ABANDONED. No instructions about the iPatch. I've read several posts near where the link takes me and still no instuctions.

Having a different post count per page wouldn't change anything since that link is directly to the post in question. The person who claimed to have clicked the link apparently can't read, or didn't actually click the link as instructed.

If you've played the game before AND did what it asked at the start, then you don't need to do anything as relations are already configured.

If you didn't do what it asked at the start you'll need to play from scratch again. And considering how small each chapter is (last update didn't take me even 5 minutes to play) and how much time has passed since Ep.12, it's a nice refresher.

After 35 years Original released around 2018 or 2019 got a few releases in then disappeared then the re release dropped 2022 0r 2023 dropped a few updates then disappeared then reappeared in 2024 then disappeared now we are in May 2025 its reappeared once more

Here's the important question: Are you a donor? If so, understandable. If not, then you being "insulted" is the joke. Dude owes you literally nothing for the free content you are consuming. The fact that they have not abandoned the game should be a miracle at this point.
