Start a new game instead of using a save from a old version it will fix the problem, i will add a button to change the character name later. But it's a save game issue.

New game, also have this issue after the bathroom encounter in the loophole

Try that, start a new game, put the name you want, save anywhere, go back to main menu, then load a game before a sex scene, complete the scene, and done you will be renamed forever.

I did, and still cant choose double down. Double checked this and loaded previous save, and fucked Yumiko, but didnt let her fuck me.

When I got to the sandbox for the first time from a save from an older version I also couldn't choose that, then I started a new game and it worked.
