I think i'ts a mistake they should have written the version wrongly.

cause if they wanted to full pirate they would post the 0.9.36 not the 30.

It's not an issue with the game but an issue with the newest version of Renpy (v8.3.4). Windows Defender is throwing a false positive and it's been reported to Microsoft to have it fixed.
