It Is false detection same is for renpy itself. They alreay reported it to MSTrojan in game....

It's not an issue with the game but an issue with the newest version of Renpy (v8.3.4). Windows Defender is throwing a false positive and it's been reported to Microsoft to have it fixed.

Update: It looks like Microsoft has fixed this issue with it's newest definitions, update yours via windows update and hopefully you won't have this error again. Note: VirusTotal is not updated yet and may still report an error hopefully in the next 24 hours they'll be updated too.

Go to a user/roaming/renpy/family trouble and delete the family trouble folder should solve it.
