In the OP on the first page, download the special edition patch and add it to the game folder + enable fetishes in the game settings.
You have misunderstood the question.
The file on the front page is still "0.14.SE.11.12" while the current game version is "0.14.11.13" and previous questioning confirmed there IS new content with Tyras to be had, so a new version of the patch is needed.
So where is THIS special edition (or alternately, does the old patch still work somehow)

Is the special edition all about Tyra, or does it add other content? Don't care about bestiality, wouldn't mind not adding or turning it off and felt like the doc arc was messing my expectations relative to Franzi. I want to pursue her and share her, along with her sister, but never managed to get on that route. Do I have to avoid peeking on her at the tennis court? Reject the dog story altogether?

This update require a high love point for Leni to achieve the best outcome in the talk with her about MC and his daughters. Guess I need to redo a playthrough again but still don't know how exactly to achieve 120 love points with Leni before this update.
Mostly a Phillip update, yeah. The MC can fuck Lotte, make an agreement with her father to either let him fuck Anne freeley or daughter swap (Kiara) as a "compensation", and a final sensual scene with the wife.

I think Phillips become more and more important in the story that become a second MC. For those don't like/refuse playing the son perspective, you can really got 0 sex scene for this update if you reject Lotta and on the non-ntr leni path.
For getting on the Franzi path, you need(!) to spy on her at the tennis court, meet her at the pool in the afternoon (you can meet with your engineer earlier, but you have to leave the cafe directly after talking with him there) and pursue the blue clothed blond woman in the Sex club. The Tyras storyline is optional, it makes some storylines easier due to more chances to score points, but is not necessary for them.
But you also need an okayish relationship with Kiara, e.g. like fuckbuddies or simply good relations, because she will push the shyer Franzi a bit, which helps here. You do not have to pursue Kiara all that much, she can have LIs elsewhere, but you need good relations with her. You will see this one evening in the club during the holiday.
There are other things to choose, but these are essential.

OK, I think I see what you mean. I actually like the idea of giving the player an option to pursue both Elise(?) and Max, but I think they were intentionally designed with the idea that the player picks only one or the other, so it would need some rewriting and restructuring.
The game also gives the player the option of doing the lesson with Max but leaving early and not cheating on Tanisha, and if you bring up him flirting with Philipp to her later, this can still lead to her suggesting meeting him together and the threesome scene in Chapter 12. I think this path lines up more with what you are suggesting (though it still requires choosing Max as the teacher in the first place).
The patch just adds bestiality. Tanisha (girlfriend of MCs son) and Lotte (a girl he meets on vacation) are on the short and young-looking side. (Tanisha is the black girl on the third preview picture), they are in the base game.

Hi!
Had had the time for a quick playthrough! Unless there is some really special new stuff, the old SE packed into the new version is sufficient. I got a new Tyras scene with the old SE installed. It is possible new scenes are in a new SE, but the old one enabled at least one scene we did not have before. Hope that helps.

This is exactly what I meant. Max as a "romanceable character" doesn't interest me, only his role as in a fetish shared by Phillip and Tanisha. You made me realize what I wanted was already mostly in the game (and probably what made me think about it in the first place), so my suggestion to the author is merely that the conversation with Tanisha about Max could occur even if you choose to date Elise. If scene "scheduling" means a lot of conflicts between Max and Elise, I wouldn't mind losing scenes that would only be meaningful if Phillip were romantically interested in Max, keeping others, like the threesome with Tanisha, that make sense in a fetish path with Max. Maybe adding other scenes with Tanisha in that spirit, even without max - would be interesting to see the couple doing a gloryhole together
