I played through both possibilities. If he comes to dinner the final part will be a threesome between Anne, Kiara and MC. If he does not join, Franzi will make it a foursome. (And this was the first scene I saw of her, except for spying on her fuck somebody else.)

Because that is not the up-to-date patch, also the bat file is what is causing many issues. The developer released a bugfix along with a new patch which I litearlly posted a few posts up

It is literally nothing but text and image files.
You are just going to have go into Windows Defender and allow it...kind of funny that my Defender doens't block it.
