Not quite sure about scene comps or galleries, but there is a area ingame to view events and another for battle memories. You'll find them by going in the portal at Shiten (The floating island), next to the quest golem. The well near the back takes you to the event viewer room, and the shrine arch before that on the left side takes you to the re-battle room.
you got power through heavy near the end if you can get past the long treck you can use magic just as you go into the next area if you time it all right you can pop off heals and get everyone back up

IIRC With Mtool just go to the room’s mapdata and select the scene you want by hitting go to on the scene’s script after reading through it to make sure it’s the scene you want. Maybe go to common events if you’re looking for an enemy that isn’t a boss. Mapdata also takes a while to load though and might be glitchy too
Technically yes, but the amount of switches you'll need to enable just for the boss fights and scenes is a lot.
I could share one of mine, I suppose. They are all rather... volatile, you could say, because of how much stuff I've edited and messed with... so if you don't mind it being possibly buggy or crash/softlock prone, here.

Eh... it's ok. Sorry though. I just haven't felt like starting anew (at least, not currently... maybe when the game gets to a 1.0). And like I said, I changed quite a bit of variables, switches, params... etc.
If its who I think it is you need to win in the pe fight queue there's a circle of 3rd grades and what not once you've won one of them gets taken to the nurse room
