Sorry to bother but where do I put the "1.tpp" file? I assume it's the translation right?
Tpp file is just for looking at the translation project with the Translator++ software.

That's the heavenly plateau iirc. In the area where you make your way to Tania for the second fight.
The new area is reached from a pipe in the upper right of the shou(?) sewers. The one where you can fight Hipgate at. You cross one of the... scatforms (
)... to go further right to it.

You asked what version of rpgm, and that's the answer. That software (as said by Astrikur) is for creating games, the RTP packages are what you need in order to run the games.
Side note: RPGmaker VX Ace is currently free to keep on Steam. Until the 11th!

Anyone else notice newer versions breaking the zoom-in on certain enemies? Using an older version in the early 50's to have the 4 ice girl bosses correctly viewed.

Sorry to bother you, I've downloaded the latest version of Translator++, how do I make the 1.tpp read in this application ? or is the game already patched with 1.tpp translation?

The games I've posted are already translated directly. The TPP files are strictly for viewing the translation project using Dreamsavior's Translator++ software, so that you may edit/view the translation files themselves directly.
Your "okay" button (botton right of alert) isn't even in ENG or JP, so something is different with how your PC is set up. Either change your system locale on your pc to USA or JP, or (better solution) is to download Locale Emulator to open certain files with a different region locale at a file-to-file basis.
More specifically, try using Locale Emulator (set to JP) on the zip file you've downloaded, in order to properly extract all the files from the zip in the JP lingo. If that doesn't work, try changing your system locale on your pc to Japanese, and then start over the process of downloading the game again from the forums. Once you get it working this way, you can change your system locale back to the way it was.
