well that means that my stats bug here too because my hp raise in 2.5 and before 5-10 in str my dmg raise every 2 skill point

the dmg rise is due to it being rounded, for example if it were 9.33 it would be 9 dmg, for 9.66 it would be 10, that's why it looks like it increases by 1 every 2 skill points.
I will remake it show more accurate numbers.

right now hp - 71(6) but maybe i caught mirage or its unbugged first 2 points give me 2.5 max hp each

no, your hp isn't bugged. It has that much how much it should have.
