With a brothel-themed wasteland game, the screenshots surely lack variety, and it seems almost like the MC is the only client. You need mutants and all the most depraved types.

I mean, that's literally all Renpy games.

Not like this though.. During sex scenes, click to fill the bar to go to next scene, no purpose like faster speed or dialogue change or something, you just gotta click.. The most annoying part is to start the brothel work day, you have to click on every girl to like "wind them up" or something and it got a mechanic that other games have when you're trying to harass and sneak where one bar fills excitement and one stamina/sneak so you have to wait 3 times for the stamina bar to fill to wind up one of the girls.. I've only managed to get 2 girls before I closed and removed the game.. Imagine have to do this a bunch of times each day for like 4-6 girls for absolutely no reason or purpose.. This game have decent graphics and ok scenes but I wouldn't waste my time

As others have pointed out, 80% of all interaction in this game is clicking to make a bar go up, then waiting for a second bar to asymptotically fill so you can again begin clicking to make the first bar fill.

You can't skip it.

You have to do it so you can:
1) make ~$100 per girl per day so you can reach the next and more expensive macguffin that needs to be bought to move the plot forward. 100->400->1000->1500
2) click on one girl once to increase her relationship bar.

That's the loop.
Pure tedium.
