You can add dicks but yeah, most of the character portraits are female (there is astolfo, among a couple other ambiguous characters) but you have the option to add your own pictures so you could technically add a dick and a male portait and call it gay but they'll still have tits in most other positions so I guess futa is the most appropriate. Definitely doesn't need the male protagonist tag though. Game also needs the "flash" engine tag.

Sorry I haven't tried android version, but there has to be "+" sign on left and right sides to add another.
