The short answers get me the funni reaction points but some elaboration wouldn't hurt either.
Every NSFW Patreon page goes through an approval process before it even goes live, where some staff member verifies that what you're proposing is within their guidelines. I did this when I launched my page 3 years ago and was clear in the description then about the game's content, and anyone doing their due diligence would check out the galleries I have with screenshots/videos of gameplay. It was approved then, and I've never had any other contact from them about needing to change my content, or that it had been reported/audited in any way as inappropriate for the platform. Not to say that I'm totally in the clear, if it is all up to staff discretion and someone else takes issue with it later on.
FarmD is categorically *not* a bestiality game, and never has been. The reason bestiality is legally and morally wrong is because animals are not sentient and cannot give informed consent. This game is about intelligent, adult, consenting characters doing the fuck and some of them happen to have four legs instead of two. They are not portrayed as animals. With the early state of the partner AI it may be hard to tell, but the upcoming personality updates and dialogue system will help make that clearer.
My personal reasons for avoiding both "realistic" feral species and humans are twofold: one because I don't care much for either aesthetically - fantasy ferals like dragons and gryphons just have more interesting designs, and there are about a million billion other porn games with humans already. I decided to make this game in the first place because I couldn't find anything else like it. And two, because there are plenty of people (see: this thread) who can't or won't distinguish between "four-legged person" and "literal animal", and steering well clear of that will help avoid some pitchforks from the nuance-challenged and make my life easier.
