I saw a lot of posts out there about the same or a related problem and did some digging myself. If you are locked out because you denied the blowjob the first time you can make the "blowjob option" with the stranger reappear by changing the following variable:

I don't know if you are asking too much in the same way that I don't know if we ask too much for new players to read the FAQ? Did you not save the game at all before you had Monica turn down the perfectly reasonable offer of the stranger to suck his cock?

Which "pattern" are you talking about? If you mean where you can download a newer version of Ep2 v16 Extra than the one presented on f95, you can download such version from the developer's website

i don't think there are a mac extra for eps2
so maybe the only solution are to use the scrappy mod
