I'm pretty sure they didn't share their persistent file which would have all that unlocked.

Go the 1st page, on the main post there is a report button, click it and will say game update click that, then the comment section add your post or links into the text field.

Well doesn't the gallery unlocker accomplish the same thing, isn't that way they want full saves in the first place?

Do I need my saves from ep 1 and 2 for ep 3 as I have lost all my saves and don't want to start from ep1 and do everything again?

MAC version for what? Episode 3 is in the OP under MAC. So is episode 1 under spoilers for S01-01
If you mean season 2 someone posted it a a few lines up.

you can use SDK for Mac... all "for Win" renpy games works on mac by using SDK

In your case, you can simply start a "New game" (in the main menu of Ep3 v15). After that, the game will ask you to answer a series of questions about what decisions your Monica has made in the previous two episodes. After that, you can continue playing the game in episode 3.

When a player starts a new game (Ep3 v15), among other questions is whether Monica visited Marcus in ep2. I suppose there shouldn't be any problem with future Marcus (and hopefully Farm) content.
