Partially I can agree with you. However, there are many simplifying gameplay things. Official cheat with the possibility of not eating and increase corruption. You can get out of the house not changed, skip a week until next Friday, skip the day until the evening is just standing on the street by pressing the button in the upper left corner. And many more little things that simplify the game. This is not a complete game, but a lot has already been done by the developer to simplify the gameplay.

I don't think any tag means that a game is exclusively for that tag only. The game has the creampie tag. Have you witnessed many lesbian scenes with creampie's? That was probably your first clue that men were around.
