That's why I'm pushing so hard the idea of Monica's redemption (you've probably read these posts), where she could have a happy ending, getting rid of her flaws, her contempt for the common people and becoming a bit better (in that respect).
Wait a second, contempt for the common (i.e. stupid) people is a flaw? I say, it's a feature! Especially if you happen to look like Monica. It's her god-given, inalianable right to look down the filthy peasants who wash her car, clean her house and change her sheets. Sure, she might've lost a lot of things, but she's still better than all of those hillbilly inbreed trailer-trash people that surround her. She's right to detest those creatures. Ultra-bitch Monica is the best Monica.

Ofc, her bitchiness is an element of her charm, and I'm not suggesting that it be completely abandoned, but still, a good ending would be worthy of a more perfect Monica than she is now. That is, ideally I see Monica remaining ironclad and unyielding, but being able to become a little more tolerant of those people who deserve it).

The problem, though, is that this absurd world created by DM is 95% made up of scum who don't deserve to be treated so well...

If you break it down, the only objectively good characters (of any significance to the FB plot) are Claire (a teacher and part-time dancer at Shiny Hole) and Monica's secretary. The rest of them, one way or another, want to use Monica for their own purposes. So it's complicated.

Exactly how a visit that traumatic in Prison along with everything else she has been through not change her attitude at all. It makes no sense and it is bad writing. Anyone that would continue with the same attitude along the same path would be the dumbest person on earth and not a successful smart businesswoman Monica is portrayed as.

I actually have more of a grudge against the idiotic writing than Monica.
The two main pillars of the game are blackmail and humiliation. If we follow your logic (and it makes sense), then Monica should have broken down long ago and stopped fighting, resigning herself to defeat. But here we have a commercial product, a game that exists and has been successfully sold for 7 years in a row. Would the patrons pay for their broken and willless heroine to continue to have sex with the scum around her? I highly doubt that.

So, on the one hand, DM managed to keep the intrigue and hope that Monica could win one day (which I don't really believe in, although I'd very want to see it), and on the other hand, he extended the life span of the game by allowing the "arrogant bitch" Monica to be punished over and over again. So I think it's not a matter of poor writing, but it's a conscious desire to make Monica unbreakable person.

Does Monica really deserve a good ending? Has she really changed? At the time when I was still playing the game she was and remained - a conceited, not particularly smart or educated, frigid woman who believed she deserved a good life. Monica despised all other people around her and, when the situation required it, abused and betrayed her. Has she really changed, from a stupid bitch to at least a smart and intelligent bitch? From the comments I've read here over the last few years, it doesn't seem to have really changed. Just because the other characters in this game are even bigger assholes doesn't mean Monica deserves a believable "good" ending.
when I first played the game, I picked all the nice options as you would in a normal game and I would say that version of Monica deserves a happy ending.

DecentMonkey here!
I'm happy to announce the release of the next regular update for Fashion Business!
This update is the biggest in the history of the series!
I've spent countless hours and burnt through so much of my energy to make it so I hope you will thoroughly enjoy playing it.
This update contains 2700 new images and tons of new high-quality animations!
This updates will feature a new ending (Falling Path). It's one of the so-called "bad ends”. Later on, there will also a good ending for Monica
I also need to note that the fact that the Falling Path and VIP Escort subplots will be concluded doesn't mean the game won't have any content featuring them in the future.
New scenes related to those locations and characters might still appear in the latter parts of the story.

What's new:

  • Office: Continuation of the Husband Auditions, a date with Philip. Luxurious theatre play featuring Monica. Will Monica be able to play the part of a noble Signora and where would it lead her? (big spicy animated scene, Extra content)
  • Office: Spicy photoshoot/interview for the press, with a hot ending. Monica's office and her desk as the photo studio, difficult questions from the press. Will Monica be able to control her passion? (big animated scene, Extra content)
  • Victoria & Shiny Hole: Monica's friends come to the rescue Melanie's hot dance on stage. Multiple version of the show's progression, including a private dance (multiple scenes, Extra content, extreme content)
  • Marcus: Continuation of the story, an unexpected twist in the relationship with Marcus (big spicy scene, multiple animations, Extra content)
  • Falling Path: Conclusion of the story line. One of the endings. (multiple public scenes, hot animations)
Huge thanks to all the players who keep supporting me and who keep the world of Fashion Business alive and well.
Without your help, all that you see here wouldn't have been possible. So you guys can consider yourself a very important part of this game's development.

Enjoy the game!
By the way, I'm already working on the next update!

I tried this years ago. It was good at first but when she started the maid thing it seemed to stagnate in a loop so I got fed up. I see that the rating is not too bad so it must be out of the cleaning loop. I remember there was a little asshole running around in the house too.

Well, finally this story is coming to an end, now you can play. Probably the plot with Marcus is the most interesting in the whole game, I wonder if the end of "Revenge" is planned. It seems to me that when everything is under control, and the conditions are defined, good endings look somehow far-fetched, and "bad" is a relative concept ;). But this is only my opinion, everyone enjoy the game and get the desired result:).

is the Phillip path going to be dead end? I've not played the last few updates as the phillip path is the route my save is on and I'd presumed i'd come out of phillips path and then be able to continue the other paths. I have saves prior to phillips path so could continue those but didn't want to be in a place where i'd come out from phillips path and then have to redo task I'd done on another save.
At this point I think I might Just go to my old save and potential redo phillips patch later, its pretty linear isn't it, so could skip most of the dialogue.

Data varies, but it's best to assume that a basement is a one-way trip. About the basement save, see the FAQ (1.4.27 & 1.4.28)

p.s. Skipping dialogue anywhere is a bad idea (especially in Philip's basement).

Man, the game's writing is torturing me. I'm at the end of CH3 and it's becoming increasingly difficult to tolerate the retard text of this VN. It's always the same shit, Monica falls into another trap and gets ultra pissed off. The twists are always the same and always immature and shitty. I can't stand for so many humiliating dialogues with the stupid "queen" thinking how fucking awesome she is.

I'm on the verge of abandoning this game again.
