What am I doing wrong, if I try to load a save game in EP3-v13-Extra-pc or EP3-v14-Extra-pc and get the HELP question "where did part 1 end" with the choice "Main Plot or Revenge path". What "part 1" is meant?
I just want to pick up where I left off last time (save game from some months ago).
Could someone please point to a FAQ entry or instructions, what I have to do to continue?

I thought this game is about corruption and others taking advantage of your downfall and such extreme makeover could actually work for some of the most extreme routes.
The focus of the game is not on corruption, but on humiliating Monica and forcing her into various sexual acts through blackmail. Corruption implies that the MC must become increasingly depraved or perverted, starting to love the whole process. But this scheme doesn't work in Fashion Business. Monica doesn't like sex (by default) and all the things we can call kinky she only does because she's being blackmailed and because she has no choice.

This is one of the aspects that sets our game apart from the legion of slut-simulators, where heroines become extremely depraved and start enjoying it.

i think you have played the 720 version
when loading a save try to migrate it
you see migrate when you are in loading screen
part 1 means episode 1

Well, there are inconsistencies in the game that are hard to explain. For example, it's completely illogical for Monica to prostitute herself in the Slums for a measly 10-20 dollars. Yes, it's optional, but still. Monica could very well make pretty good money without touching this slum and its inhabitants at all. However, the developer's game concept was to give players multiple paths to develop their own Monica, with each such path one day having to lead the conditional player's Monica to a certain ending of the game. At least, that was the intention of the state for 2019.

As for immersion, that's a pretty broad concept, but if by that you mean being immersive and trying to play out Monica's role, then in my opinion, Fashion Business is 100% not a game worth immersing yourself in that way. The detached position of bystander/spectator in this case will offer more benefits and save the body point we're sitting on from burning out. :)

That's interesting.
I wonder, at the time i played there was no prostitution path in the slums. It only got so far in pole dancing with the optional (i think it was) bj.
So can you play the low life without being high on life? Like i said, at the time when i played there wasn't the option but if i remember correctly there was some addon with S3. Though i am not sure about it.

I wasn't talking about Monica upgrading herself on her own, I was talking about other characters forcing those upgrades on her in some routes. Of course she won't turn herself into a bimbo willingly on her own but I thought this game is about corruption and others taking advantage of your downfall and such extreme makeover could actually work for some of the most extreme routes.
Since she did not have valid ID it would be plausible. :)

Yes I see that screen
M1.png
and I click on it and then I confirm that I want to overwrite my saves. Unfortunately, this "migrate" hint doesn't go away and I still get this question at the start of my saved game "where did part 1 end".
Is this the usual way to proceed with a saved game?

I don't know exactly how you played the game. If according to the classic scheme (Ep1-->Ep2v16-->Ep3), such polls can only occur when some important content and certain decisions were deliberately omitted by the player. Аnd therefore the game needs to know how your Monica behaved earlier in order to adjust important variables in a certain way that will affect the development of certain elements of the further plot. By "Part one", the game probably means Ep2 v16 (which is now a standalone, but is actually the 1st part of ep2), and Ep3: Crossroads, which you play, is the 2nd part of ep2. You have to answer the questions about what decisions your Monica made in part 1 of ep2 (Ep2 v16) and then you can continue playing the game.

Also try what vimmers recommends and see if that's what's wrong.

The main story in the game is the Office route and its included sub-routes. Some side storylines, which include Falling Path (Slums), may depend on Monica's progress in the main Office/Photoshoots storyline. I haven't tried the Falling Path route in isolation from the main storyline and can't say for sure if it will work. But even if it works, depriving yourself of a huge ton of content from the main storyline doesn't make sense (imho).

Sounds like some would prefer this before and after.

In the Defending Lydia Collier one male MC's love interest has two different paths, one of which is precisely the Bimbo path, which includes all sorts of serious BDSM fun and various optional fetishes, including the conventionally extreme. And it's pretty well done, in the sense that the difference between "regular Stephanie" and "Stephanie bimbo" is not as hypertrophied as in that example of the expectations of some that you gave in your post My point is that a bimbo with a proper developer's approach can still look sexy and not look like a freak.

However, in the case of our Fashion Business, even such a "light" transformation of Monica into a bimbo makes no sense, as Monica's outward uniqueness and noble appearance is one of the main features of the game. And we love the Monica we have. Yes, she can be in slutty clothes and provocative makeup, with a different hairstyle (e.g. as a VIP escort administrator), yes, she can be forced to participate in all sorts of perversions, but changing her appearance into a bimbo is a bad idea (in my opinion).
