I used my last save from the previous Episode (Ep 1). Maybe it does not happen if you start a fresh game without using the old saves. Nonetheless it should be fixed.

As well as the right to have an attorney is found in the Sixth Amendment to the U.S and i'm assuming is same in every country ( i don't know about communist countries but no way the action of this is happening in Cuba or North Korea )

Rollback can't be used. Ren'Py just not restores all variables when making a rollback. So the bugs will be everywhere, and I can't do anything with it. I disabled this function. Maybe it's working good in simply visual novels, but there is another case.

No, it's the uncompressed one. But like DM said, rollback can cause fatal errors. I had the same bug when skipping context. This should be avoided.

So, no offense, but I really don't get your point. The game takes place in a fictionary country and of course the events are based on pure fiction. There is no tag with "real life porn game"...
You are assuming that Marcus is operating within the law, that there really was a trial and sentence, etc. We know none of those things. We know what Marcus told Monica (and he doesn't seem the type who would shy away from lying to get what he wants) and we know that Monica believes him. For the purposes of the story, it is what she believes that counts, not what is "true."
