As for the v3 update, it is certainly better than v1 and v2. On the technical side, everything is done traditionally on a high level. The main thing to keep in mind is that there are a large number of different storylines, and you don't have to go through them all. And if you're like me, you're not ready to turn your decent Monica into a porn star, it's worth having at least one separate save for a decent playthrough and one for a depraved one where your Monica is held back by nothing. I don't know how this will work in the future with similar casting quests, which have seamlessly transitioned from the "White" chain to "PhotoShoots" (but I'd like to see it work).

Nevertheless, the first "Husband Casting" quest can definitely be done in two ways - decent and lewd (with or without sex). I would venture to guess that here Monica's decency parameter will be crucial (as well as her earlier decisions), as this quest chain should be the final one before the end of the game.

So you may like the update depending on what exactly you're expecting from it. I, for one, am looking forward to The Office (the main storyline), The Basement, and the "ghostly" The Farm. It's also worth keeping in mind that if you decide to finish the Home storyline early, you'll encounter a bug/error, but I hope the developer will fix it in an upcoming patch.

I think that preview is just an illustration of what Monica wishes had happened in that basement.

There is here and there. But it is not the focus of the game. Monica is no dominatrix she just likes bossing people around in a totally non sexual way. Although I think a so called "pure angel" has given her a few ideas lately. There are a few female characters who love to be dominate sexually. Victoria, Claire, a clothes store clerk, a Saturday whore number 1 and the incest bait twins. But generally this is a game about the downfall of Monica through blackmail, coercion and humiliation.

While we're on the subject of Monica's asexuality, I think the scene with the fucking machine in Philip's basement could have been very sexy if it wasn't a ridiculous 2 frames per second, but a full quality animation like DecentMonkey can do. I'd much more enjoy watching a soulless machine turn Monica into a normal woman who isn't ashamed of her orgasms (but isn't obsessed with sex either) than watching Fred's cocky and smug face. Also, the game completely fails to explore the topic of orgasm control/orgasm denial, which can be very sexy.

Yeah I totally agree with your sentiments in this post. I have always been in with Monica falling as far as is possible. Like you I have no interest in a dominate Monica. Her time in the sun has passed. A dominatrix Monica has never been part of the game and it never should be. I think it only came up because one new to this thread poster asked about it.

I was actually initially interested in Monica going to the Farm, if you look at the number of my posts where I mention the Farm, it all falls into place. The same goes for Monica's slavery to Philip, the number of my posts about that is off the charts too, so you don't need to convince me that Monica shouldn't fall further. The only thing I disagree with (and it's a fundamental disagreement) is that Monica shouldn't get a chance to atone for her sins. As I've written repeatedly, let's have 7 bad endings, including The Farm, but there should be at least one good one, otherwise why introduce a decency system if there's only going to be one ending anyway?

And by the way, I want to remind you of your own post where you describe Monica's possible life on the Farm. And there you were not so categorical about her fate. Re-read it again, especially the last sentence of your post. By the way, I still think that this is the perfect scheme for Monica getting to the Farm before the end of ep4. It's a shame it won't happen.

p.s. And as for someone thinking that everyone is excited about Monica's possible role as a dominatrix, that's a personal problem of those people not being able to understand the context of the discussion and how this thread was born in the first place. But you got that point right by mentioning it in your post.
