I think the one thing I like most about this game is that Monica is more normally proportioned. If she was a real person she would be perfect. It's a diamond in the rough to find a woman in a porn game that doesn't have awkwardly dumb proportions. I'd take Monica over 99% of the other women in games I'd played/sponsored any day. Melanie is just a side item to me. Excited to see the new update.

Hmm ... I guess there is something I really need in the next update: Monica must get a realistic chance to get her money and power back.

I think that's actually very early before she takes her power back and there is still a lot more in-depth sexual stuff coming before that, for example you can tell that by all the events that are going to come with Biff, we are not even at 1/4 unlocked.
So far there has been a lot of teasing/showing of with Monica but not that much fucking, and I expect a lot of fucking the closer we comes to the point where she will take her power back.
What I would like to see personnaly is her starting to like more and more doing sexual stuff, so far she doesn't seems to enjoy it and it has been the same since the start of the game. More sex is a thing but changes also needs to come in the way she feels about it.

But the main thing (for me, of course) is her getting humiliated. And that gets unbelievable, if she has no realistic chance to get her former position back.

Certainly more erotic than her being groped by nameless random dudes.
So personally, I hope that the creator manages to keep his original vision for the game intact and focuses on Monica's victims getting back at her. I'm especially excited about what Julia would eventually do to her, since if you follow the complete bitch path, she arguably gets mistreated the most cruelly by Monica out of all the characters in the game.
