Right click only shows two options one is look and the other is phone.

This has less content at the moment, but if you value your sanity, stick with this one and don't play the old one. (Or at least look at the comments on the other version's page.)

This new version has less content story-wise, but some events have been expanded with additional spicy scenes compared to the old version in RPGM. I suggest you to wait for updates of the Ren'Py version.
