if yes, where is the last 1080p version ?
it's a hell of a mess with all the different versions, plus i don't understand why the dev releases a 720p version.
I mean, we're in 2020 right ? this res looks like shit with high res monitors .

Too many questions and requirements for a person on a pirate site.
The author makes a 1080 version regularly. Want to get it - pay. Version 720 is needed by some users who do not have much space and for a pirated site.
The leak of the latest version of 1080 is an exception to the rule that occurred against the will of the author.
There are 720 version with a description and 1080 version in this thread. There is nothing complicated in finding it yourself.

I cant advance the story at all. I have spoken to biff once but everytime I go to see him in his office she refuses to go in. The guide says I will get a phone call from Fred but I never get one. I have advanced betty and bardie level.
What am I supposed to do to advance the story?

It did update my 720p-version, but I don't know what was fixed...didn't found any news on this hotfix so far.

I've seen it quite a bit lately and not to be overly critical, it's a bit of a cheap way to create movement. Rotating around the y axis is not true animation...but, oh well.
