Yes, in two ways. When you are super decent, there's a secret happy ending before going to police. But that will finish the game. When you are just decent, there's no harsh punishment.

To be super decent, it's not enough just to be nice to everyone. There are some items which influence Monica's mood.

What help do you exactly need?? Go there after Marcus calls you, talk to the policewomen at the entrance 2 times and ask for officer.
