It seems Victoria takes 15 days to spend all the money and only then another 5000 was asked. I was able to finally complete Lady Noir shoot, but damn, 15 days after each is a long time between half photoshoots. Perhaps it was a glitch, we will see

It looks like the update (EP2.2 v3) will be released on International Women's Day. Well, Monica is a lovely woman, so this would be a good present for her.

Monica spends $ 5,000 every Saturday morning. There are no impassable or buggy quests in the game, but there are interconnected quest chains, such as the Main Storyline (Office) and the House storyline. In case of difficulty, use the full walkthrough from the DM website.

That is unusual. In my experience you can do a photo shoot on Friday night, go to sleep then do another photo shoot Saturday night.
I was stuck for 15 days where Victoria money stuff didn´t appear after she spent the money, i spoke with her several times, her dialogs were correct, but no update on the event list. And Biff always denied me more.
This delay cost me the ability to do the Clothing shop path, since for being able to play anythng i had to advance as safe as possible other quests, like the home and falling path routes.

The clothing shop path is not missable, the red dress is a requirement to continue some paths and begin others. You may have run into one of the bottlenecks in the game (as stan5851 suggested a few posts up). Had Steve visited Betty and Ralph's home yet in your playthrough?
Also don't get to hung up on completing each photo shoot twice. You only need the photographer to get to level 2 eventually for him to have enough balls to go further If you choose the middle and low angles each shoot you won't need to repeat them. The event list is a little deceiving on this point.
When you were stuck for the 15 days was Biff suggesting that Monica wear some better clothes to work?
I haven´t reach Steve yet. And Biff hasn't asked me that. So far in the clothing store i was only able to do the housewife outfit for Bardie and Eric. I have finished right about now the fourth photoshoot and only now reached level 2 with Alex. I´m already able to do the Melanie photoshoot. It seems i did one or two things out of order concerning the clothing store, but nothing impactful thankfully.

There's no reason not to do any path that has unlocked on the event list. This is a good example of being able to complete events from later updates before content from the first half dozen updates.
It seems your at the stage where you need to push forward with the Melanie path until she disappears. If I recall correctly this is when Steve visits Betty and Ralph.
