From this I can make the assumption that the DM is open to new ideas and may not have come up with an ending(s) for the whole game yet. Now let's turn to Londo_Mollari's post, which has an interesting line about 2024. I don't think he wrote it as a joke.I think it's too early to speculate on how the whole game will actually end. And that means that Monica's future may not yet be predetermined by the developer (DM). And that's a good thing, I think.

the one for windows bugs the game
but i suppose you can use the windows mod just place the files in the right folders
but don't play with it
just look through the gallery with it if is that you want

The game's episodes have been renamed by the developer. Episode 2.1 v.16 (part 1) is now called Episode 2: New Life, and Episode 2.2 part2 (v 17, v 18, etc.) is now called Episode 3: Crossroads. Regarding the link to download the MAC version of the game, I wrote to you in the PM.

I am sure that the endings of the game will be at least two. Good and bad. For me, both endings are positive. Perhaps the ending will be more. On the one hand, Monica will receive according to merit, and on the other - I would regret herno bad bad bad end
