i am at the quest in ep3 where you need to interact with mollys tip jar after stripping but i cant figure out how or if its even a bug. im clicking on the makeup table where molly sat before my performance and i cant interact with anything on the table. i tried everthing i could think of and nobody in this thread seems to have this problem

I'm assuming you have meet the requirements, that is to say it's a night that Molly is working, not Claire and Monica has at least $100 on her. If so the sequence needs to be talk to Molly when Monica enters the change room. Choose to set Molly up. Then dance on stage. After the dance click on Molly's tip jar and the prompt to plant $100 should appear. If this is not working then something has gone wrong with your game. This is not a bug that I've heard anyone having.

Yeah I thought at first he was talking about when Monica steals Molly's money, which as you say is in ep2. Right at the start of ep3 though there is a scene when Monica sets up Molly for stealing Monica's money. This is the scene I believe he was talking about if he is correct that he is playing ep 3 not ep2.

first of all: thanks for the replies. im pretty sure that i'm playing episode 3.


i'm at this quest:

i have enough money and molly (i checked multiple times via the view button that it' definitely her) is on stage when i start and in the makeup room when i go on stage

but when i'm done performing and molly is gone, i can interact with the table but it stays at this static image without interaction




EDIT:
nevermind. i found my mistake. i had to start this part of the quest via the dialogue option from molly. "accuse molly of stealing" in my mind this option was never viable because i thought this means i accuse her right now without planting the money. but it only means that monica decides to do that in the future (why write it in the quest log like that then?)

you are right. the grind without any good reward and the missing opportunity to fast skip the text was too much. but it is weird to me that quests that you could complete in episode 2 actually transfer to ep3. well you never stop learning

That quest is a ep3 exclusive. You have to be the queen of the ShinyHole for it to be active. Becoming the queen is almost the last quest of the ShinyHole in ep2 apart from working as a waitress after becoming queen. It's a little follow up quest from Molly's and Monica's antics from ep2 that happen before Monica is the queen.

I agree with you Vimmers that it was obvious he hadn't played ep2 for him to be having issues navigating that quest. The ep3 quest plays out very similar in ep2.
