I feel that outfit is just to add to her dehumanisation and make her a proper pet at the farm. And since it's a farm it should only have animals. This is nothing that hints away from beastiality. Also it has been openly said in the game that the farm is about beastiality. Also the fact that BDSM just got added through the Philip route. Making the farm another BDSM ground after hyping it so much in the game won't make sense.

If you go back a few months and then again before that the Farm has been raised several times. Whilst the addition of the farm would be great as one of the possible branches at the end of the game it will probably never happen, especially as people would like as it would violate so many terms of Patreons TOS Decent Monkey would be banned and never allowed back. It will probably continue to be used on any Markus path as a threat with maybe the occaisional picture but a full blown route over a period of time will never happen.

And about patreon. A lot of Devs are now just using the patreon for accepting the funds. They just give the links to their sites and you go and download it from the dev's site. So patreon tos does not really get violated.
