Think about it like this.

Ep1, with 5 releases, was the first 5 chapters of a book.
Ep2.1, with 16 releases, was the next 16 chapters of the book, and took us to the end of chapter 21.
Ep2.2 is chapter 22 onwards. with 2 releases we are now at the end of chapter 23.

Do you think the story will make sense if you read the first 5 chapters and then skip to chapter 22 & 23?

Not sure what you are looking at but the v0.18 Extra for Windows was added to the OP a few days ago.

As far as I know there aren't separate versions between x32 vs x64. It's just a single Windows version. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
