...And also in-game cheat codes are done, and there is the ability to change parameters (corruption level, decency level, money) via in-game developer console. But those who cry in reviews seem to be far from this understanding. It's easier for them to whine about grindfest and ruin the game's rating.

I think this is pretty standard for a lot of games here. I've lost count of the number of whiners who troll a thread because they don't like this or that. They forget to say that they get the games for free here. Low life and losers! all of them!!!
