Julia has a bit of dark/coffee skin and curly hair and that character is supposed to be an "uncle of hers capable of solving Monica's problems" so could be Bob or Investor 4 as former could help through police connection and second through investment connection as opposed to Kebab guy that has already helped her with apartment deal and not in a position to solve all her problems.

BTW, a funny observation regarding (possibly) Ms. White. I don't know if everyone noticed this, but in one of the endings we've seen so far (or maybe two - Falling path and VIP-Escort), there was a render with Marcus stroking his cat and the phrase that he is training a new candidate to be sent to the Farm.
And the next render was this one.
I could be wrong, but it looks very much like the candidate sitting on her lap in front of him is none other than Ms. White.
Looks like the old hag got what she deserved after all.

Its her....its usefull to read quests code files and comments in them.
I cannot find the 11th customer for service quality control quest. I have found two instances of the same question searching the forum, but no answer. I believe it is the the guy at the bar, but every time I approach him, he rejects. I am guessing that is why I am on 10. Any suggestions how to get him interact? Thanks.
Royal Duties Switching Roles: I realize that this is a choice for the extra version, which I have. I DID make that choice first time around, but it did not show up. I redid it just now, going back a long way, and this time it worked. How do I get that to show up without doing everything from there on and to get on with the next version, assuming that is the last thing I needed to do?
