I would love to know the full bitch path and the full good path. It's really diffictult to know what to choose if you want to play a specific route.

Let me get this straight. Melanie who's supposed to be one of the hottest super models in the world (in the game) shouldn't be as hot as the MC? The MC is attractive but she's a self entitled spoiled little bitch. She "believes" that she's the hottest thing since fire, but reality says she isn't. The whole story is about putting this bitch in her rightful place and teaching her about humility and being humble.
