It's so outdated "meme" that their last update is a clusterfuck on most pcs. I had to reinstall the driver manually because after the automatic update I had 3-4 green screen of death. xD But I get what you are trying to say. The difference between the two brands was more significant back then, but now, not really.
Most pc's? Where are you getting that information from? They work absolutely fine for me. I always manually install drivers, though. If the auto update is causing you issues, I would suggest turning it off. I've been through in the last 5 years GTX 1080, RTX 3070, 6800XT, 7800XT and now a 9070XT and not had major issues with any apart from some bad drivers with the GTX1080 and multi monitor support being very funky.

Now I'm stuck at the spot you cited Tarz00n

The Monica & Teacher (possibly final scene)
I tried 6 or 7 times, very slowly to get by. But no luck, just as with the Melanie scene

I'm posting my save, in case vimmers could please consider assisting me (Hopefully the final time) :)
I haven't quite got to 70 pages of saves like yourself whoabacha , thats thorough saving ahah. I noticed I'am around 25 pages worth though
Thanks

First impressions after playing two of the three storylines in the latest update:
It's funny that after playing the Shiny Hole thread, Monica still wants to work at the Film Studio.
Although it's actually better to have two sets of ID documents than none at all ;)
Film Studio:
No surprises here—we get exactly what we expected, no more, no less.
I hope this ending will be expanded in the future (maybe a separate storyline?)

I think we got way more than we expected. This ending definitely turned out to be too rich, big and "fat", while the old and time-tested non-main storylines, which have been with us for over seven years, got much less substantial endings...Which, in my opinion, isn't very fair.

For example, I wouldn't mind seeing an ending for the Basement that's comparable in size to what we saw on porn Island. And I think any player could say the same about their favorite non-main storyline that has already been completed and given an ending.

Therefore, for now, I would bet that in the future hypothetical DLCs will first feature the game content that won't fit into the remaining two game updates.

You can play the film studio ending before any of the Claire stuff happens in ep5 if you start a new game or continue from ep4. So those documents are available before the bankers.

Even better you can just play the porn island ending and avoid those beloved kickboxing animations all together.:)

Yes Melanie is the strongest evidence in the game as presented that the farm or some form of it does exist. Not just from her reactions and behaviour since visiting it, but also from Phillip's reaction in the basement storyline when he finds out that Victoria has enslaved Melanie, who he recognised as being owned by the farm. So some form of something exists.

Again whether that is still an animal farm or a group of human slaves trained as animals remains to be seen.

And Monica taking her husbands assets and putting them into her name is stealing from him. This all happened before his disappearance. In my scenario the husband was never arrested as Monica was told but left so the plans they had for Monica's future could begin.

Anyway we both agree that a conspiracy is working against Monica. That has been made quite obvious in recent updates as characters know things about Monica that they shouldn't. eg. Phillip knows Monica called herself a good whore in prison or Steve calling Monica "my girl" just like Vic does. In fact Phillip has been in on it from the first scene Monica meets him. Lets hope we get an ending worthy of this game with any or all Hollywood endings avoidable. :)

Probably it was already mentioned, but what about the picture where Monica herself ends up in the Farm and branded like a pig? Naked, chained, along with other slaves and all that. I don't know, but it seems good enough proof to me that the farm exits. What actually happens there we'll probably never know.

Yes, that's right. Besides, there's also this, which can't be a coincidence.

There are other hints that this is definitely a conspiracy, and we have discussed this many times in this thread. And like you, I really hope for a truly worthy and profound ending in which this whole massive conspiracy is revealed and shown to everyone. However, I would be glad if there were at least 3, or better yet 4, endings in the main finale.

The question is whether this is really necessary. I have three endings to the boxing match from the previous update, so I can choose the same in EP5 v2, i.e., knock out the director, sail to the island to avoid Steve's probably nasty trap, or wait and hope that choosing Mr. Campbell as the new “husband” will be the best option for Monica.

Looking into the future I hope that instead of new polls, DM will invite us to submit ideas for DLC scenarios or alternative, obviously Hollywood-style endings. I'd be happy to participate in that :p

Yes there are many more coincidences and knowledge that characters have I didn't mention. The example you gave is a big one.

On your first ending scenario, animals can still be on the farm but that doesn't mean they are there to be used to fuck humans. It would still need to look like a farm to the outside world. But yes we need to know definitively what happened to Monica's husband. I want that revelation as much as anyone.

On 2, yep, Monica will end up married to someone in an ending and most likely be a trophy wife with no power in the relationship.

I've talked about your third variant before. I just don't see anyone who would put their wife through what Monica has been through would want her back. And I couldn't see Monica going back to him after all is said and done.

All the scenarios you mention could happen I would add the revenge quest as a possible "Hollywood" ending. At the stage that it starts, Monica has not worked as a prostitute yet and has only done up to the Melanie photoshoot. The conspiracy could fall apart when Monica refuses to play along with it. They may give up and hand her life back to her.

Like you though I find it hard to work out how Monica will get a "Hollywood" ending as of ep5v2. And in my opinion nor should she. Monica by this time is so compromised and has done things that the Monica at the start of ep1 would of never dreamed was possible. I don't mind good or decent endings for Monica just not one where she can go back to her old life as if nothing happened.
