If that is the case why is it still shown when we can't get it that gallery entry should have been removed. If I unknowingly have the extra version which is unlikely does this scene just occur directly after servicing the prisoners or are there certain options I need to pick

if i remember correctly its direct after the prisoners scene.

Why? Because it's a not-so-subtle reminder that you are not playing the full paid 1080p version of the game. Think of it as advertising for the paid version.

From a technical and financial perspective, it's literally not worth it to spend the time and effort to remove them from the 720p version because those playing that version are very most likely "non-paying customers" to begin with.

I agree, but I think a good compromise would be adding a "EXTRA" text to the thumbnail or something so people don't waste time trying to get unavailable scenes, which can be frustrating.

you need to do it in another way

im havnf the same problem, altho i ignored victoria with melanie and i would be quite upset if that would be a reason i cannot continue that path

Awesome game, sometimes a little repetitieve mechanics, but overall a very good game in my opinion.
Interesting, what I miss in game is what has been planned, gangbang and DP scenes.
Other kinky stuff, like public shaming (exhibitionism), pee (urination), a pornstar (porn) office path (corrupt all women, specially Julia and Monica secretary) and slave ranch 218 path, would be interesting.
More slutty clothes (micro dress & skirt, g-string, fishnet), slutty make-up ...
