Yeah I got it to work but my gallery is still locked. Do you know how I can fully unlock the gallery since I have the save file in and active.

The gallery is saved in the "persistent" file, not in .save.

But are you playing with the extra or the 720?
Because the file I posted is for the extra version and I don't think it's good for the 720 version even if you do the migration.

Might as well wait for the extra version. It has more content, looks better and unless you think you're going to get E.D. or die in the next weeks you're cheating yourself by playing now.

As Geko said the saves aren't interchangeable either way.

Only eating can. Working the streets is extremely repetitive. Cleaning at home as well.
Sleeping could be removed as long as you have the game guide tell you when you should use a bed over night for content.

You need to play each episode in order if you want the whole story, which is recommended.

The game was getting way too big to have in one game. The total size now is 20GB. Sure some of that might be able to be shaved off with the recurring content between episode 2 and 3, but it's still a bit big. Especially for people who are running on less than stellar internet connections.

720p and Extra are mutually exclusive.
You can either get 720p or Extra. Extra is always 1080p.
