In general, two cuckold paths were added. However, one of them (if you give Freya a potion to drink at the beginning) is not about cuckolding at all in my opinion, since cuckolding is based on a mixture of excitement and jealousy, and there the romantic connection with Freya is lost and essentially a group of strangers and evil people bully a loser. Perhaps this causes excitement in someone, since I came across a couple of Japanese games on this topic, but I have a hard time imagining how you can be jealous of someone there. The second option (if you drink the potion yourself) is already normal, although you still need to wait for MC to stop whining and accept herself.

It seems to me that the developer needs to somehow make the movement along the paths in the game itself clear, since I see even on the forum these questions constantly pop up and I can imagine how many people do not read the forum and simply got something completely different from what they wanted from the game. For example, these two cuckold paths could be combined into one and Freya would simply ask MC at some point whether he would like her to distance herself from him or not, and what types of humiliation he enjoys.

Well, there was a clear-cut for 3 routes: romantic, cheating and cuckold. It is clearly stated in the game - "You activated route X."
He just needs to add a fourth one, if the break is happening.

There are several different patreon tiers, the higher the monthly payment the higher the tier (some of which have extra scenes) and the earlier your access to the game release is. Jeremiah is the lowest tier. Still waiting for the public release, unsure if there will be one for the game, haven't been able to play the new update yet because no Mac version has been released.

This statement suggest, maybe, that the dev has been working with only one hand since the start of the project, perhaps the reason why his updates take a bit of time. The female POV contains small scenes that are entirely avoidable. Just don't click the necessary buttons if you don't want to see what Freya does.

There is a point system in the game. It will be determined how hard you'll get NTR'd based on those points. So even if you want to finish the 10 missions with minimal damage, there will be NTR scenes. But these NTR scenes will only be in Jeremiah's imagination and a few gropings (light NTR).

Long story short NTR is not avoidable
